It's hard to pick just one... I'll go with the likes of Ub Iwerks and Tex Avery because I admire great innovators who pave the way for others. _________________

there are a great many of them but i'd hafta say chuck jones
has had one of the greatest influences on me. i used to love
visiting his showroom in santa fe. so inspiring. imet his wife a
couple of times but was never lucky enought to meet him. _________________

i love all animators but my favourite would have to be Don Bluth although he really cant write a story without help _________________ Ever considered Gamma Radiation? It did wonders for me.

Glen Keane. Boring answer, but my honest answer.
Brad Bird has inpired me more than anyone else, but that's because of his amazing directing-- not really his actual animating.
Genndy Tartakovsky has done some neat things. Clone Wars was pretty rad. He doesn't top my list or anything, but it didn't look like he got any mention yet. |
