|

I have macromedia flash 8 and I have looked at multiple tutorials on how to do some simple frame by frame animation, I see that it is somewhat simple, and I am ready to do a little fight sequence, but I keep hitting a rut...
In other words, I can’t get past a certain part because it just doesn’t feel right, I know what I want to choreograph, and I know the fighting persona of the two characters but, I just can’t seem to get it out through my tablet, I can get it on normal paper, and it feels fine but when I go to my tablet it just doesn’t feel right.....
I can’t seem to get past even a few frames of skeleton before I look back and see it is not what I want....
If you can, please help me! _________________

| no first draw out the frames on paper then scan each frame in individualy open flash and import your sketches to the library then drag it in too the first frame resize the sketch to get it to fit right then create a layer on top of the sketch and trace it repeat until every frame is done |

If you want to work out the art of animation, I would suggest starting with a simple flip pad.
Get a pad of plain paper
Draw out your frames going from the bottom of the pad to the front (Draw stick figures if need be, it's just to get an understanding)
When you are done, pick up all pages in the pad, and let them drop 1 by 1...if they drop fast enough (doesn't have to be that fast) your picture will animate!
This is an exercise to understand the basic concept of animation, but all animation is basically the same thing...moving an object or drawing one frame at a time! _________________

ahh i see, well i used to do simple flip books when i wasabout 10-12 years old, and they were just simple things, like balls bouncing and such, but i never tried a person, and now i find it is harder than it sounds... _________________
