Maria, Toby and Jojo stumble onto Mme. Bleu's snowpea stealing plot. Mme. Bleu's gang is able to escape, but the Dare Detectives consult an unlikely ally, hoping to track down Bleu and rescue their kidnapped landlord, Uncle Chan.

With the help of Chinatown's imprisoned crimlord, the Dare Detectives track Bleu's gang to the abandoned Royale Casino.
Here they uncover Bleu's montrous plot to take over Chinatown with old radios, stolen snowpeas, and a magic ring.
